Shop Terms and Conditions


To order an item from Bamansure, write to info@bamansure.com specifying the name of the item required, your name, city and country. This data is used solely by Bamansure for shipping cost calculation, billing and delivery of your item.

Follow emailed instructions for payment and shipping.

Once payment has been made, we will provide all the information necessary for you to track your purchase and the estimated delivery date.

After your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or change the contents. Therefore, please verify the accuracy of your shipping details, personal information, and chosen items before your payment.

RETURNS

During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund. All items that are custom, bespoke, or made upon request are a final sale and cannot be returned.
If you want to return an item please take the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to info@bamansure.com requesting a return. Please make sure to include your name, the item identification name, the email used to make the purchase and the reason for return.
  2. Please wait for Bamansure return authorization and further instructions.
  3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received back to Bamansure.

Products must be returned in their original conditions, unused, undamaged, with all labels and original packaging fully intact in a re-sellable condition. It should  include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items received with the item.
Bamansure reserves the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to the buyer and to refuse any returns that have been shipped without a request.

The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at this time.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that the original shipping cost, duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED ITEM

If you think you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us promptly at info@bamansure.com. Bamansure will provide you with the necessary assistance.

Defective items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability.

Incorrect order and damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. Please include photographs documentig the damage or item in error to speed up the process. Bamansure will bear the cost of return shipping in case of evidence of an incorrect or defective item.

PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

Please note that all our products are hand-made and therefore each possess unique attributes.
Bamansure’s approach values the innate characteristics of the materials. Marks, variations of grain, figure, and texture are seen as traces of purity of given materials. No vernish or heavy treatments are added. The natural process of oxidization is perceived as an intrinsic element that contributes to the unique appearance of an object over time.

The products displayed on this website are representative samples and may not precisely match the ones you will receive. However, upon emailing us, you may receive customized images of the product you'll receive.
Despite our efforts to provide accurate images of each product's color and design, actual colors may vary. Material samples can be provided in specific cases.
